HMRS Conducts Annual First Aid Weekend

On 19-20 November 2016, students from across Pennsylvania Wing came to the Col Philip Neuweiler Ranger Training Facility for the annual HMRS First Aid Weekend. Students completed courses in First Aid and CPR to earn their certifications. The course was led by Lt Col Ryan Kelly, who is an Expert Ranger (#229) and Master Medic (#23).
