1. Log into your eServices account, Update My CAP Health

Review each section of the My CAP Health Profile in eServices. Make any updates to medical history including (but not limited to): health insurance, new medications, allergies, physical accommodations, and pre-existing conditions.

My CAP Health must have been updated within the last 30 days in order to submit a NCSA application.

 

2. Complete Your Parent/Guardian Link (if under 18)

Cadets should invite their parent/guardian to link to their eServices account. Digital Parent/Guardian approval is required to be considered for NCSAs. Instructions and how-to videos are located on the Parent/Guardian Portal page here.

 

3. Log into your eServices account, then Click Here to take you into Registration Zone.

• Step 2 - Apply for one or more available Subevents 

  • Basic Course​

  • Advance Course

  • Field Medic Course

  • Communication Operations Course - Basic

  • Communication Operations Course - Advanced

  • Ranger Staff Training Course

  • Team Commander Course

  • Staff

• Step 3 - Wait for Commander Approval & Slotting Decisions

• Step 4 - If slotted, pay your tuition once notified
